The most aggressive new sake with 10% alcohol by volume in the brewery's history!
The most aggressive new sake with 10% alcohol by volume in the brewery's history! The most aggressive new sake in the history of the brewery, conceived mainly by young members, was born! The theme was “First sake for the 2021 generation,” and a sake with 10% alcohol content was created. The first thing to note is the specifications. There are many sweet and sour sakes with low alcohol content, but even though it is within the range of normal sake, it does not feel “flimsy”. Combined with the casual label, it is not a difficult sake to drink, but a sake to be enjoyed while enjoying the outdoors.

Founded in 1894. The current 5th president, Ryuichiro Kitanishi, has drastically reformed the company to produce “small-lot, high-quality” sake.
Starting with the brush-up of the existing “Bunraku” brand, which is based on the concept of a “food sake,” the release of “AGEO,” a fruity sake made with water, rice, and yeast all produced in Saitama Prefecture, and “SARAI,” a popular brand that takes advantage of the fresh acidity of malic acid. The popular brand “SARA” was created by the president of the company, taking advantage of the fresh acidity of malic acid. As a rival to this, we are developing four brands, including “Bunraku Reborn,” which is based on the concept of a lemon and has a refreshing taste with citric acidity, created mainly by young people.
