CONCEPT
To break through the masculine and rugged image,
We have created a cute name and design to break through the masculine and rugged image of the product.
Buyu was founded in the Keio era (1867) at the end of the Edo period. The brewery was founded in Yuki, Ibaraki Prefecture, by Hosaka Yukichi, the first generation of the company, who was born in Echigo. A long time ago, Takeyoshi's junmai sake was featured in the manga “Oishinbo. The sakes featured in the manga were Yorokobi-Gaijin, Shinkame, Gumma-Izumi, and Kikuyoi, all of which are good for warming up. At the time, Takeyuki was a yellow, matured sake, and I had the impression that it tasted good warmed up. Decades have passed since then. It has been several decades since I last had a saké from Takeyuki, and I was surprised to find that it had a gaseous, well-balanced, and delicate taste. I remember being shocked and thinking, “What the heck is this? As time went by, consumer tastes changed, and the brewery felt that it would become difficult to maintain the same taste, so they gradually changed the quality of sake with the help of various people.
I like the old Buyu, but the new Buyu is great, too!
This is an original series with a lovely name and design, hoping to break through the masculine and rugged image.
