CONCEPT
"Artisan brewing the earth" that honestly brings out the blessings of local nature and expresses them in a single bottle of alcohol.
All of Yamashiroya's sake is made using the Kimoto method. It is not a flashy taste, but a delicate taste that focuses on bringing out the flavor of the ingredients. Mr. Yoshihara, who is in charge of sake, is a former fireworks craftsman from Nagaoka, and his concept is to become a "craftsman who brews the earth" who brings out the blessings of the local nature and expresses them in a single bottle of sake.

This is a highly skilled brewery in Tochio, Niigata Prefecture, a town famous for its fried tofu.
Starting with the brand ``Koshi no Tsuru'', which has been loved by the locals for many years, we have developed 3 brands: ``Ichijo'', which is sold only at local Niigata liquor stores, and ``Yamashiroya'', which is a brand limited to dealers nationwide.
