Taking advantage of its location as the top producer of Yamada-Nishiki, the company has created a dry Junmai sake that maximizes the characteristics of the raw ingredients,
This is a dry Junmai sake that maximizes the characteristics of the ingredients.
"Tatsuriki” is the representative brand of Honda Shoten in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. The “Seitouha Cho-Kara Junmai Shu” series is a sake that has never been tried by the brewery, and is made “super-harsh” without polishing, in line with the brewer's desire to make sake that makes the most of the characteristics of the special A district Yamada-Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture.

Honda Shoten in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, is a brewery that continues to focus on rice with the idea that “rice sake tastes like rice,” and all of its products are made with “rice suitable for sake brewing. What sets Honda Shoten apart from other breweries is that 85% of its rice is Yamada-Nishiki, and only the highest quality Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture's Special A district is used. This brewery takes full advantage of its geographical location in Hyogo Prefecture, and is the envy of other breweries.

Born in 1983. Born in Kasaoka City, Okayama Prefecture, completed graduate studies in architecture at Waseda University.
While a student in the architecture design laboratory, he was in charge of a project to revitalize a community in a marginalized village.
After graduation, joined CURIOSITY.INC, a design firm working on interiors, graphics, and products.
After retiring, he spent one year working at a residential construction site in the mornings and continued working at a design office in the afternoons before establishing Tyler Design Office in 2012. He is based in Tokyo and Okayama.
