Hosui Sake Brewery is a small brewery with 450 koku (stone count) located in Igawa-cho, a mountainous valley with a clear and beautiful landscape located on the south bank of the clear Yoshino River. The local Tokushima and Kagawa prefectures account for 80% of shipments, and it can be said that almost none of the sake is sold outside the prefecture. Due to the sudden death of his father, the former head of the brewery, Yasuchi Baba, the 5th generation, who had trained at a sake store in Tokyo, suddenly decided to return to the brewery and became the president at the young age of 27.
