CONCEPT
From one of the few breweries in Tokushima, Mr. Taichi Baba, the 29-year-old representative of the Tokushima brewery, is taking on a new challenge!
Taichi Baba assumed the position of president at the young age of 27. In his first year as president, when he had no idea of what was right and what was left, and was still struggling and struggling, I asked him to participate in the Concept Workers Selection to see if there was anything I could do to help in any way. I drank a new sake that had just been taken from the tank, and I thought, “If it tastes like this, it will be good.” Based on that taste, I brushed up the direction of the series, and this time the series was completed.

Hosui Sake Brewery is a small brewery with 450 koku (stone count) located in Igawa-cho, a mountainous valley with a clear and beautiful landscape located on the south bank of the clear Yoshino River. The local Tokushima and Kagawa prefectures account for 80% of shipments, and it can be said that almost none of the sake is sold outside the prefecture. Due to the sudden death of his father, the former head of the brewery, Taichi Baba, the 5th generation, who had trained at a sake store in Tokyo, suddenly decided to return to the brewery and became the president at the young age of 27.
