使用米 - 精米率 - 酒度 - 酸度 - Alc. - 小売価格1800ml - 小売価格720ml - 備 考 It has a clear and refreshing aroma of green banana, green melon, and 20th century pear, and you can also detect acidity like lime and Japanese citrus in the aroma. The wine is directly pumped, so there is some natural oriki floating in the water, but there is not much gas on the palate, and the crisp, sharp mouthfeel is accompanied by a delicate acidity. There is little spread of sweetness typical of super-dry wines, and the sharpness is sharp and crisp. The overall impression is one of transparency, and it is a very good match with dishes that are refreshing but have umami flavor. YAMASHIROYA ARTISAN, Junmai Ginjo, Origarami
使用米 - 精米率 - 酒度 - 酸度 - Alc. - 小売価格1800ml - 小売価格720ml - 備 考 The nose is sweet and deep, reminiscent of bananas, with a fresh white grape-like element. On the palate, a full umami flavor spreads out over a subtle, pleasant gasiness, but it is neither overly puffy nor too light, as is often the case with recent low-alcohol wines, but rather just right. The citrus-like acidity that can be detected when the sake is new is also in harmony with the sweetness and does not stand out, but disappears nicely and in good balance.
