The palate is light and fresh, with gentle sweetness and light acidity. It tastes fresh, like a young Sauvignon Blanc or Italian Soave.When asked to try it warmed, I found it to be surprisingly good.I recommend a wine glass for cold sake and a flat sake cup for warmed sake!
