"This must be a dry sake because it has a high degree of Nihonshu-do.” What is the most important point when you choose an alcohol beverage? Rice variety? Grape variety? Alcohol contents? Various comments written on the label?
Our company, SAKE-SHOW YAMADA believes that the original pleasure of drinking is that customers enjoy drinking with their five senses. All alcohol beverages express brewer's passion and the local climate. In Concept Workers Selection, we'd like to develop sakes that appeal to the five senses of customers with sake breweries.

We pursue to express the brewery's passion and view of life through their sake.

Thanks to improvements in brewing equipment and technology, we don't meet terrible sake nowadays.
We feel it is difficult to differentiate taste from others, and we aim to approach our items from the new angle.
That is "farming". We pursue agriculture, that is the previous process of sake-brewing.

Product development from a global perspective

With the recent growth in sake exports and the increase in inbound tourists, it is expected that the number of foreigners who come into contact with sake and shochu in various scenes will increase.
At that time, we will try to standardize the English notation for all products so that you can understand "what kind of raw material is it made of?"
And "what kind of concept is the sake made?" I think that the perceptions of foreigners will change between alcoholic beverages with English notation and alcoholic beverages without English notation.
The aim is to promote the brand from a different angle in Japan by being recognized by overseas people.
